Overview
The brief
A clinic network took every booking by phone. Receptionists spent most of the day on calls, patients waited on hold or gave up, and double bookings happened whenever two people edited the same paper diary. CareConnect gives patients an app to find the right doctor and book a free slot, and gives clinics a live calendar that cannot be double-booked.
